Bible study programs are offered every year, usually with sessions starting in September and January.

The 3rd course in the popular GREAT ADVENTURE BIBLE STUDY series is Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom.  This study of Acts shows how Christ’s Kingdom on earth is empowered to carry out His work in the world. The book of Acts shows the Church, enlivened by the Holy Spirit, teaching, preaching, healing, and restoring outcasts in the same way that Jesus did on earth. The Acts of the Apostles provides an historic framework for understanding the rest of the New Testament. Please join us for this enlightening program!

Participants will do weekly independent reading and questions, then meet to watch a video and participate in small group discussions.  There are two scheduling options to choose from:

Sundays 7-8:30 PM in the Lee Horan room, Sept 17, 24, Oct 1, 8, 15, 22, Nov 5, 12, Dec 3, 10, Jan 7, 14, 21, 28, Feb 4, 18, 25, Mar 4, 11, 18

OR

Wednesdays 10:30 AM – noon in Brindle Hall, Sept 20, 27,  Oct 4, 11, 18, 25, Nov 8, 15, Dec 6, 13, Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 21, 28, Mar 7, 14, 21

The cost for the study materials is $30, but we are happy to assist with this expense upon request.
