Baptism Committee
Mission Statement: To educate and prepare parents for the Sacrament of Baptism, for Catholic family life, and for their role in the sharing community of Saint Joseph Church.
To prepare parents for the sacrament of Baptism, the Baptism Committee conducts five or six workshops a year. These workshops are held on Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM in the Saint Joseph Parish Life and Education Center. The committee works with the priests and deacons to provide a meaningful program for parents. Parents are encouraged to attend one of these workshops prior to the birth of their child.
Baptisms are usually the last Sunday of the month at 12:30 p.m.
