Who are the Young Disciples? The Young Disciples are the high school age students of Saint Joseph Parish.

What sorts of things do we do? Every month, there are spiritual, educational, and service events. Some of the things we’ve done this year include Hershey Bears Games, Theology of the Body Sessions, a Rosary every month, Baltimore Aquarium, Christmas Caroling at the Retired Priests Home, pierogi making, helping at several Country Meadows events, the Palm Sunday Diocesan World Youth Day Celebration. Sounds like a ton of fun, right?!

How do I know what’s coming up? There are three ways: Our summer schedule can be found by clicking HERE; by joining our Facebook Group (search Saint Joseph Young Disciples); and by checking the Youth Ministry article in the bulletin each week.
We’ve got lots of things planned for you this summer – to have some fun, meet some new people, and to grow in faith and friendship with teens who are also fighting that uphill battle called life everyday
The rest of our July events include: Service Satruday at 12:30 PM on July 10; Coffee Talk at Juice and Java at 6:30 PM on July 13; Summer Coffee and Donuts Social after all Masses on July 18; and a tour of the Gettysburg Battlefield on July 25. I hope to see you very soon!
