Prayer Shawl Ministry is a ministry of prayer incorporated into hand-made items.  We use our God given talents by knitting and crocheting shawls, blankets and prayer squares to give to our parishioners and as well as non-parishioners.  These items give comfort, warmth, and caring from our whole parish community.  We pray for the recipients of the items as we make them.  It is a tool of evangelization growing disciples of Jesus Christ for all who participate.

Do you enjoy knitting and/or crocheting?  Adults and families are welcome to join us at our monthly daytime sessions as we create and pray for those who will receive what we make.  Patterns are available, or you can bring  your own. We currently meet on the 2nd Friday of each month at 10:30 in the Lee Horan room, but be sure to double check the bulletin for any changes to our schedule. Can't make the meetings?  No worries!  You can also make prayer shawls at your convenience.  Contact us to get involved!
